Subscriptions & billing
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Every paid plan is a rolling monthly subscription. It renews automatically on the same date each month and the card on file is charged until you cancel.
How do I cancel, and is there a notice period?
You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing. There is no lock-in and no notice period beyond the month you have already paid for: the plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then your account moves back to the free tier.
Do I get a refund for the rest of the month?
No. A started month is not refunded, because you keep full access for the whole period you paid for. If something is charged by mistake, contact support and we will put it right.
What happens to my music if I downgrade?
Your songs stay on ARTIFONIC. If your plan allows fewer artists than you have registered, the extra artists and their songs are paused until you upgrade again or remove them.
What is the 30-day welcome gift?
Every new account gets 30 days of ad-free Premium listening from us. No card is required and it never turns into a paid subscription on its own — after 30 days the account simply continues on the free tier.
Which prices and taxes apply?
Prices are shown in US dollars per month. Any VAT or sales tax required in your country is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm.
How are payments handled?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. ARTIFONIC never sees or stores your card number.
Accounts & artists
Do I need an account to listen?
No, you can play the catalogue straight away. An account lets you save songs, follow artists, keep a library and listen without sponsor breaks during your welcome period.
How do I become an artist on ARTIFONIC?
Pick an artist plan, register your artist name in Studio and upload your first song. Every upload needs an AI declaration naming the tools you used and confirming you hold the rights.
How many songs can I upload?
Artist Free gives 3 uploads the first month, then 1 a month. Artist Premium allows 3 artists with 10 uploads each per month, and Ultimate Producer allows 20 artists with 10 uploads each per month.
When do I get paid for streams?
Streams are counted per period and settled into your earnings balance once the period is closed. You can follow every counted stream and your balance in Studio.

Is all music on ARTIFONIC AI-generated?
Yes. ARTIFONIC is built exclusively for AI-generated music, and every release carries a signed declaration of the model used.
Someone uploaded my work. What do I do?
Use the report page to file a copyright case. Every case gets a reference number and is reviewed by our team; content can be frozen while the case is open.
Why do I hear or see adverts?
Free listening is funded by short sponsor breaks between songs. Any Premium plan removes them completely.

ARTIFONIC runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet and computer, and can be installed to your home screen.
