Subscription terms

What you agree to when you subscribe

Paid plans are rolling monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically on the same date each month and your card is charged until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time under Account → Billing. There is no lock-in and no extra notice period.
After cancelling you keep the plan until the end of the month you have already paid for. The account then continues on the free tier.
If an Artist plan ends or changes to a plan with fewer artist places, only the artists that fit the new plan stay active. The rest, including their songs, are parked and hidden from listeners for 30 days.
During the 30-day parking period, you can choose in Studio which artists to reactivate within your new plan limit. ARTIFONIC warns you before the deadline.
After the parking deadline, ARTIFONIC may permanently remove the parked audio files. They cannot then be reactivated; royalty history and rights declarations are retained.
A started month is not refunded. Contact support if something has been charged by mistake.
Prices are per month in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.
Card payments are handled by Stripe — ARTIFONIC never sees or stores your card number.
If we change a price, you are told before it takes effect and can cancel before the next renewal.
A redeemed promo code gives 30 ad-free days, needs no card and never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
